Columbia River Fishing

Explore additional fishing opportunities throughout the Northwest.

Beyond our North Idaho waters, we also offer seasonal guided trips to some of the Northwest’s most legendary fisheries — including Buoy 10 on the Columbia and the Brewster Pool. Whether you’re chasing hard-fighting Chinook at the mouth of the Columbia or loading the boat with Brewster sockeye during peak summer runs, these destinations deliver the kind of fishing experiences anglers talk about for years.

These limited seasonal trips are built for fishermen who want to experience iconic Northwest salmon fisheries at their absolute best.

Buoy 10 — Astoria, Oregon

Located at the mouth of the Columbia River, Buoy 10 is one of the Northwest’s most well-known salmon fisheries and offers exciting seasonal fishing opportunities near Astoria.

In August and September, the Columbia’s largest run of salmon enters the river. This season is one of the most sought-after Chinook Salmon fisheries in the world.

Brewster, Washington

Brewster offers outstanding sockeye salmon fishing and excellent opportunities for anglers looking to target fast-paced summer salmon action.

During July, Brewster offers anglers some of the best-tasting salmon the Columbia has to offer. With a generous limit of 4 Sockeye per angler, Brewster is a must-do fishery in Eastern Washington. In many years, Chinook Salmon can be added to the program, depending on the Washington Department of Fish and Game and returns.
